The Mont Rose Properties Development
The residences will be located in the parish of St. David's, on the south east coast of Grenada, known for lush coastal beauty and the tranquil Caribbean Sea. There are 54 acres of beach front real estate. The development plan includes 25 exclusive cliff-side residences that encompass a private, serene community within the natural environment of Grenada. Each residence will be five bedrooms, five bathrooms with a saltwater swimming pool.

Bryan Bullen, Principal
Trained as an industrial designer and artist at the Ontario College of Art and Design, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Bryan received a Master of Architecture degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. He worked for Ellerbe Beckett in Los Angeles and Roger Turton Associates in Trinidad before creating COCOA in 1996.
Trevor Bullen, Principal
A registered architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Trevor studied architecture at the City College of New York, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, and Harvard University where he received a Master of Architecture degree. The recipient of numerous awards, he has worked on a wide range of architecture, landscape architecture and planning projects in the Caribbean, United States and Europe.
